Stress factors and methods of coping with them
Stress accompanies us every day – but it is not stress itself that is the problem, but how long we remain in it and what we do about it. The modern pace of life, an overload of stimuli, expectations, and pressure make it increasingly difficult for us to catch our breath, regain balance, and notice when we are crossing our own boundaries.
This course will help you **recognize the hidden traps of stress, understand the mechanisms of its action, and learn effective coping strategies – without burnout, frustration, and feelings of guilt**.
During the course, you will learn:
🔹 **What stress is and why it is not always bad?**
- the physiology and psychology of stress: how the body and mind function under overload,
- the difference between acute and chronic stress,
- when stress mobilizes and when it destroys.
🔹 **The main traps of stress:**
- perfectionism, the need for control, living “at 120%,”
- hidden fear of judgment, failure, disappointment of others,
- ignoring signals from the body and emotions – until they start to scream.
🔹 **Stressors in work and personal life:**
- overload of responsibilities, lack of boundaries, conflicts of values,
- multitasking, overstimulation, FOMO, difficulties in resting,
- pressure to succeed and the pace of the modern world.
🔹 **Proven methods for coping with stress:**
- techniques for regulating tension (breathing, body, mindfulness, cognitive techniques),
- ways to regain energy and mental space,
- how to plan rest, not just “deliver goals,”
- building daily rituals to reduce stress.
🔹 **Action plan for everyday life:**
- self-diagnosis of stress response style,
- creating an individual resource map,
- how to stop “acting despite everything” and start acting **for yourself**.
**Who is it for?**
For working professionals, students, parents, and anyone who wants to learn how to **function healthier under pressure**, regain control over their well-being, and better manage energy in daily life.
**Course format:**
- online or in-person training,
- self-diagnostic exercises, real-life examples, practical tools,
- downloadable materials: stress journal, checklists, mindfulness practices.
**Result?**
Instead of “coping at all costs” – you will learn to **act in harmony with yourself**, better recognize the signals of overload, and build real mental resilience. This course is the first step towards greater peace and inner balance.
