Save your child
Life-threatening conditions and symptoms that should not be ignored in children
Every child sometimes has a fever, has a tummy ache, or complains of leg pain – but how can you tell when it’s a "normal infection" and when it’s something really serious?
This course has been created for parents and caregivers who want to better understand the signals sent by their child's body – both in emergencies and in everyday ailments. You will learn how to distinguish symptoms requiring urgent intervention from those that can be safely monitored, and how to act quickly and effectively when necessary.
🔹 How to recognize emergency situations such as:
choking, apnea, loss of consciousness, seizures,
high fever with concerning symptoms,
allergic reactions and anaphylactic shock,
injuries and burns.
🔹 Which symptoms of "everyday" ailments may indicate a serious illness:
abdominal pain – when is it constipation, and when is it appendicitis?
fever – how long can it last, what should be concerning?
leg and joint pain – a sign of growth, or the onset of a disease?
apathy, loss of appetite, behavioral changes – is it just an infection?
rashes – when is it an allergy, and when is it an infectious disease?
🔹 How to communicate with a doctor and convey symptoms to expedite an accurate diagnosis.
🔹 How to prepare for a visit to the emergency department and when to go there.
The training is conducted in an accessible and practical manner – it includes presentations, case discussions, downloadable materials, and in the extended version, simulations of first aid provision.
For parents of children of all ages, caregivers, grandparents, preschool teachers – anyone who wants to gain peace of mind and confidence in difficult situations.
