Course on the prevention, recognition, and coping with burnout
Do you feel like you have no strength left? The job that once gave you satisfaction now causes stress and reluctance? Do you feel like you're functioning on autopilot – without energy, without engagement, with a sense of emptiness? These may be symptoms of burnout.
This course has been created to help you understand what burnout is, how it affects the body and mind, and what you can do to stop this process – or prevent it.
🔹 You will learn the essence of burnout:
how it differs from exhaustion or depression,
what its phases and symptoms are (emotional, physical, cognitive),
who is most at risk and why.
🔹 You will identify risk factors and sources of overload:
excessive responsibility, time pressure, lack of support, conflicts of values,
personality patterns and work styles that promote burnout.
🔹 You will receive concrete tools and coping strategies:
stress and emotion regulation techniques (breathing, mindfulness, self-reflection),
building mental resilience and supportive habits,
energy management and setting boundaries,
how to talk to supervisors about overload,
when and how to seek professional help.
🔹 You will start building a recovery and balance plan:
micro-changes in everyday life that make a big difference,
returning to values, meaning, and motivation at work,
ways to regain energy and joy in life.
For employees in all sectors – especially in helping, creative, educational, and corporate fields – as well as for leaders who want to take care of themselves and their team.

materials for independent work and further development.
You will gain knowledge and tools that will help you stop burnout, regain agency, and build a healthier relationship with work – without guilt, pressure, and constant fatigue.
